I was already signed in, the button says "Sign Out", What do I do?

We're having some issues with the fmylife.com API that is causing some accounts to be logged out, but the app will think it's still logged in.  Your best bet is to sign out, and then sign back in.  We're working to get this resolved in the next version.

HOW TO: Enable the API in your Basecamp® account.

In order to use Basecamp®, you'll need to enable the API access in your account. To do that, you can follow these simple steps.

1. Login to your Basecamp® account via your web browser.

2. Select the "Account (Upgrade/Billing)" tab.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and look for the "Basecamp API" heading.

4. Agree to the terms by checking off the box and clicking the "Yes, please enable the Basecamp API for this account" button.

That's it! You're done. You can now fire up Groundwork on your iPhone and login to your Basecamp® account.

Problems Logging In

If you're having a lot of trouble logging into your Basecamp account through Groundwork, try these tips:

1. Make sure the API is enabled in your Basecamp account.

2. When you're typing the domain name in, don't type in the "http://" or "https://" in front of it. For example, if your url for Basecamp was "http://testing.grouphub.com", you would only enter "testing.grouphub.com" in the domain field.

3. Ensure your username/password is working correctly by accessing Basecamp through the web browser.

Why doesn't F-MyLife have the "Sex" category?

When we initially submitted F-MyLife and F-MyLife Pro to Apple, we included the "Sex" category; however, they asked that we remove it due to the questionable content contained within. While we didn't think it was too obscene or inappropriate for the iTunes audience, Apple thought otherwise and asked us to remove it.

Given that Apple intends to keep the AppStore at a "G Rating", we won't be able to add the "Sex" category back until Apple releases Parental Controls for iPhone applications. This is an expected feature in iPhone OS 3.0 and we'll be sure to add it as soon as it's available.
